Jonathan Effects Minor Cabinet Reshuffle
President Jonathan has effected a minor cabinet shuffle. He has effected a swap, ordering the Minister of State for Power, of State, Darius Ishaku to move to the Same position (Minister of state for Niger Delta) while the Minister of State for Niger Delta, Zainab Ibrahim Kuchi from Niger State, becomes the new Minister of State for Power.
