Lagos State Government said on Thursday that it would soon start to impound vehicles with tinted number plates. The state Commissioner for Transportation, Mr Kayode Opeifa, said in a statement in Lagos, that it was regretful that some motorists tinted the number plates which the state’s Motor Vehicle Administration Agency allocated to them.
