Lagos – Nigeria’s foremost economic and policy think-tank has announced a sudden increase in the volume of Brazilian hair extensions for sale in Nigeria following President Goodluck Ebele’s recent trip to the United Nations’ Earth Summit in Brazil.

The organization that monitors economic indices in the nation noted that the price of Brazilian hair fell by almost 60% shortly after the President’s record-breaking 115-strong delegation to Brazil returned home to Nigeria.

According to the organization, this is not the first time a strong correlation has been detected between ‘big-delegate’ presidential trips and the prices of commodities in Nigeria.

For instance, presidential trips that involve upwards of 100 individuals including First-ladies, governors and ministers, has been found to lead to a sudden drop in the price of ‘runs’, said a director of organization.

The think-tank however did not provide any explanation for the trends observed.
